Corporate Access Specialist

A leading investment management firm is hiring a Corporate Access Specialist to join their team in a contract role. This opportunity supports their global efforts to strengthen relationships with corporate management teams, investor relations, and industry experts. The position is based in a hybrid setting--on-site Mon-Thu--and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. Corporate Access Specialist Responsibilities : Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior corporate and investor relations professionals. Act as a trusted representative of our client when engaging with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives. Proactively identify new opportunities for corporate engagement that align with investment priorities. Source and coordinate management meetings, conferences, site visits, and expert engagements. Collaborate with global teams to deliver a seamless experience for investment professionals. Corporate Access Specialist Qualifications : 5-8+ years of relevant experience in corporate access, investor relations, or related financial services roles. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders. Strong understanding of capital markets, public companies, and investment research. Experience working with management teams and investor relations professionals preferred. Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications like CFA, MBA are a plus.
