Universal Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide exceptional care in post-acute and skilled nursing facilities throughout the community. About the Role Looking for a career where you can build meaningful relationships with patients, enjoy autonomy, and have the support of an experienced physician-led team? Responsibilities Manage and coordinate patient care Round daily and develop treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership Document efficiently using our EMR with dictation support Help improve quality of life for geriatric patients Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant DEA Certification 1+ year of experience preferred Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care is a plus Compassionate clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment Required Skills Day shift with scheduling flexibility Physician-led organization with Medical Director support Paid training, mentorship & shadowing AI-assisted EMR with dictation services Collaborative, patient-focused culture Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits Preferred Skills Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care is a plus Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits If you're ready to practice medicine with purpose and join a team that truly values its providers, we'd love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
