Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to join their dynamic team within a large healthcare organization. The primary responsibilities for this role include managing clinical documentation, assisting healthcare providers with procedures, and ensuring accurate patient information such as vitals, medications, and allergies are recorded. The position offers ample opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Record patient vitals and room patients.
• Verify and review patient medications and allergies.
• Handle clinical documentation and demographic information.
• Assist providers with pathology, labs, and specimen orders, including biopsies and injections.
• Send out orders and support with suture removals.

Qualifications

• Active FL RN or LPN License.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in a doctor's office or outpatient setting.
• Tech-savvy with EPIC experience preferred.

Skills

• Technical: Proficiency with EPIC systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Additional Requirements


Availability for occasional earlier start times as needed.
