This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Director of Business and Geospatial Intelligence. It develops and delivers reporting, analytics, dashboards, mapping and data models to strengthen decision-making across DCS using PowerBi and ArcGIS. The role manages the analytical components of Community Operations projects, builds automated data solutions, streamlines reporting processes, and creates clear visualizations to communicate operational insights. Serving as a primary data and functional point of contact, the Analyst supports data literacy and governance, interprets performance trends for stakeholders, and recommends data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include running the analytical/reporting component of Disaster Cycle Services Community Operations projects from requirements to deployment, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance tools and processes, creating compelling presentations and data visualizations, building complex solutions and tools, serving as central point of contact for a specific Disaster Cycle Services function, subject area, or data specialty, and stewarding data decisions, literacy, and governance for Disaster Cycle Services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience, high attention to detail, advanced skills in Excel, and ability to work on a team. May require some travel.

Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.

Compensation: The starting hourly salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
