Calibration Technician

As a Calibration Technician, you will be part of the maintenance and engineering team to deliver high-quality calibration services within a GMP facility. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation and control systems to support critical production equipment and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Perform routine calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments and control systems (e.g., bioreactors, sterilizers, filling equipment) to ensure operational accuracy and minimize downtime. Coordinate calibration schedules with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate calibration programs. Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with GMP and Quality Assurance guidelines. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, support new machinery installations, and administer the Building Management System (BMS). Follow occupational safety and health programs (LOTO, confined space, fall protection) while operating equipment such as forklifts and personnel lifts. Minimum qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3-5 years of experience in calibration or instrumentation in a technical/manufacturing environment. Strong critical thinking and problem solving; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred qualifications Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry experience with GMP manufacturing maintenance/documentation. PLC troubleshooting, programming, and wiring. Plant safety training and CMMS experience. Experience supporting tanks, mixers, pumps, and solids processing machinery. Self-starter with a collaborative working style. #J-18808-Ljbffr
