Forklift Operator Job Description Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.50 Worksite: Houston TX Zip code: 77040 Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for handling materials, maintaining inventory organization, and supporting shipping and receiving operations while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy Stock and organize warehouse inventory Pick and pull orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and ship outgoing materials Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: Prior forklift operating experience is a Must Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Customer service mindset when interacting with clients and internal teams Additional Expectations: Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Provide excellent customer service while interacting with both customers and team members Communicate clearly and effectively Work collaboratively with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations PPE & Dress Code: Steel-toed boots are strongly recommended Gloves will be provided Propper warehouse attire required Forklift Certified.
