Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

We're hiring for multiple positions — schedules ranging from part-time (2–3 shifts/week) to full-time (4–5 shifts/week) based on availability and fit.

At City Cave, we don't just offer massage — we help people reset, recover, and build a consistent wellness routine. We're looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who take pride in their craft, deliver experiences guests come back for, and want to grow within a premium, people-first wellness environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatments that guests come back for — every time — tailored to each person's needs
• Recommend and perform enhancements including cupping, CBD, salt stones, and aromatherapy
• Guide clients toward consistent wellness routines through rebooking and memberships
• Maintain a calm, professional, and elevated treatment environment
• Show up as a reliable part of a team that takes the guest experience seriously

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida
• Genuine passion for wellness and high-quality client care
• Weekend availability (Friday–Monday preferred)
• Experience with — or willingness to learn — spa enhancements
• Strong communication and the ability to build real client connection
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Someone who holds themselves to a high standard and enjoys working with others who do the same

Compensation

• Commission-based pay starting at $32 per session (50 min / 60 min), plus tips and enhancement commissions
• A growing membership base and active marketing to support your schedule
• Flexible scheduling across two shifts: From 10am–3pm and 3pm–9pm
