K-12 School-Based Psychotherapist: Impactful Mental Health

Health West is seeking a School-Based Psychotherapist to deliver behavioral health services across School District 25 for students in grades K-12. The role includes screening, assessment, psychotherapy, psycho-education, and collaboration with school staff and primary care providers to develop targeted behavioral health plans.

You will work in an interdisciplinary setting, provide ongoing training, attend meetings, and may travel to partner sites as needed to strengthen care coordination and
