Direct Hire Maintenance Technician
We are currently looking to fill a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician opportunity for a portfolio of scattered apartments in Philadelphia, PA! If you are a service oriented Maintenance Technician who is well versed in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, apply today! Our client is offering $27-$32 per hour along with great benefits, a $500 per month car allowance and fully paid gas!
Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoots all property systems, and perform repairs
- Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary in residential homes
- Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
- Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion
- Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues
- Provides excellent service to residents
Knowledge Skills and Abilities for Maintenance Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC Certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience preferred
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders
- Valid Drivers License and vehicle required
- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Ability to be on-call
