Join Gilead and help create possible, together.Job DescriptionThe Senior Director, Opinion Leader Programming HIV Treatment, will report directly to the Executive Director of Franchise Marketing for the HIV business unit. In this role, you are expected to have an impact across the continuum of care of HIV Treatment, ultimately contributing to the ~$13B HIV BU driven by Biktarvy. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who is an expert in insight generation and synthesis, driving KOL/account strategy and management for marketing while supporting the broader Gilead organization and upholding high execution standards, especially for key initiatives like speaker's bureau, advisory boards, conference debriefs and the opinion leader data base. Utilize strong leadership skills with the ability to set a vision, foster new thinking, manage change, uphold a compliance mindset, collaborate seamlessly with a diverse set of stakeholders (both internal and external), and lead and influence others. The Senior Director will be responsible for significant budget oversight and management of key agency partnerships. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
