The role involves cleaning windows inside and outside on commercial and residential buildings up to three stories high. No high‑rise jobs are performed; work is done from the ground or using a ladder. Ideal candidates come from construction, warehousing, restaurant/hospitality, retail customer service, or similar backgrounds. A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential. No prior experience required. Responsibilities Clean windows inside and outside on commercial and residential properties up to three stories. Use ladders for residential tasks; work from ground level for all locations. Maintain work area safety and cleanliness. Perform minimal paperwork associated with job completion. Travel between jobs efficiently. Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation to travel from job to job. Liability car insurance. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Schedule Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. No nights or weekends. Benefits / Compensation Pay based on work completed ranging from $15.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on performance. Flexible hours, full‑ or part‑time available year‑round. No nights or weekends.
