Family Medicine Physician

Join the compassionate team at Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with part-time or full-time flexibility. This practice is known for serving the community and has a dedicated team of providers, support staff and effective leaders who foster a collegial work culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Both part-time and full-time opportunities available Monday to Friday schedule Outpatient Primary Care only On-site lab and diagnostic services CME benefits, relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available Open to board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) physicians Experience is preferred Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them. Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement. Where You'll Work Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering convenient care to patients using a team-based model led by a provider. Federal Way offers primary care and specialty care in cardiology, dermatology, behavioral medicine and podiatry and has a registered dietitian in-house. With a personalized approach to medicine at the forefront, Federal Way offers convenient on-site services such as x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy and interpreter services.
