Why you should apply Competitive Salary ($18/hr for day shift and $19/hr for night shift) Top tier benefits – Medical/Dental/Vision & 401K match 10 extra pay holidays per calendar year (eligible after start date) PTO Vacation/Sick – 120 hours per calendar year (prorated based on start date) Access to outstanding Kelly perks via Advancement opportunities Typical day as a Mechanical/Components Technician Maintaining, operating, and performing light repairs on machinery and/or product lines Proactively identifying defects in the manufacturing line and/or product Operating in a cleanroom environment; moving and standing for long periods Performing filter/chemical changes and tracking inventory Who we’re looking for Have a mechanical background and understand the uses for torque‑wrenches, volt meters, ball valves, and capacitors Have excellent math, computer, and problem‑solving skills Are experienced in general maintenance and/or construction Have experience as a machinist or fabricator Military service is a plus Mechanical and/or electric aptitudes are a plus Shifts include SHIFT 4-5: 45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat) SHIFT 5-5: 45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed) SHIFT 6-: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Friday, and every other Sat) SHIFT 7-5: 45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Friday, Sat, and every other Wed) Equal Employment Opportunity Kelly is an equal‑opportunity employer.
