Position Overview Continuum Therapy Partners is offering a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) position split between Hamilton Health Services and Kewaunee Health Services in Two Rivers and Kewaunee, Wisconsin. The role involves providing skilled nursing facility services and making a daily impact on patient care.
