Help Keep Essential HR Systems Running Smoothly We are seeking three HRIS Application Support Analysts to provide day-to-day support for business-critical human resources systems. These systems include Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS). In this role, you will help HR employees resolve system and data issues, answer application-related questions, complete scheduled data updates, and ensure HR platforms remain accurate and available. This is an application support position—not a software development, engineering, or IT infrastructure role. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting business applications, assisting users, and working with HR data, workflows, access permissions, and processes. What You’ll Do Provide daily user and production support for HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms. Respond to support requests received through phone, email, or ticketing systems. Troubleshoot application, data, access, workflow, and user-related issues. Help users navigate HR systems, run reports, and understand established processes. Perform mass data updates, imports, audits, and other scheduled system tasks. Investigate employee and applicant data discrepancies and help maintain accurate records. Escalate complex issues to internal technical teams or software vendors when needed. Document reported issues, solutions, recurring problems, and support procedures. Partner with HR, payroll, recruiting, learning and development, and IT teams. Assist with system testing, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and improvements. Protect the confidentiality of employee, applicant, and other sensitive information. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting an HRIS, ATS, LMS, or similar enterprise business application. Experience providing application or production support directly to end users. Ability to troubleshoot system, data, workflow, access, and user issues. Experience completing data imports, mass updates, scheduled processes, or data corrections. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to handle confidential HR information appropriately. Ability to work on-site in Louisville, Kentucky, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Preferred Experience Experience supporting more than one HR technology platform. Understanding of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, learning, or employee-data processes. Experience using ticketing, issue-tracking, or IT service-management tools. Experience with system testing, reporting, data validation, or user acceptance testing. Familiarity with system permissions, role-based security, workflows, interfaces, or integrations. Experience assisting with HR system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Who Will Succeed in This Role? The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and comfortable working directly with HR users. You should be able to turn a user-reported problem into a clear technical issue, investigate system or data concerns, complete high-volume updates accurately, and follow each request through resolution.
