Dozee seeks an HR/People Operations lead to stand up the U.S. function from scratch in the Fort Worth/DFW area. You will own hiring, onboarding, and the employee experience for the U.S. team, partnering with India HR to align global policy and drive Dozee’s culture stateside. You will be the go-to person for HR, travel, and admin needs, and you’ll work closely with department heads and the Director – HR to scale Dozee’s U.S. presence while maintaining high standards of compliance and culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dozee
