Job Description: Leads complex modules/projects technically and mentors DMEs while preparing for future managerial responsibilities. Lead assigned projects/modules technically. Review migration scripts and validation reports. Guide team members on technical challenges. Act as first escalation point within team. Support reporting and coordination. Attend client meetings for technical discussions. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions. Participate in RCA for critical concerns. Data & Product Assessment. Enable team with initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years in migration, operations or related profile. Strong SQL and data validation skills. Ability to lead small groups technically. Adhere to process & workflow discipline. Effective cross-functional communication skills.
