Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

Position Warehouse Associate – Day Shift Responsibilities Prepare ware for shipment Prepare ware for storage in warehouse Maintain an accurate account of inventory Maintain an efficient and orderly warehouse Fulfill the employee portion of the Berlin Values by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, loyalty, innovation, productivity, and driving profitable results Other tasks as required Qualifications High school diploma or GED strongly preferred Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred Ability to complete tasks and solve problems with high attention to detail Demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to learn Has a positive attitude and contributes to a positive team culture Self‑motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation Models safe work practices Is computer literate Working Environment and Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs through the warehouse environment.
