SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, utilizing advanced critical care skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Operate and maintain critical care equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Provide patient and family education and support, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Skills:
- Trauma Nurse Specialist for Level 1 trauma center.
Education/Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
