Deposit Operations Specialist I/II/III/Senior

Under the supervision of the Manager and Supervisor, this position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of operations in the Deposit Operations Center, including but not limited to: inputting, correcting and reviewing new and updated information.High school diploma or GED. Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held. Level I: Minimum one year branch or bank experience preferred.Level II: Two years of branch or bank experience preferred or two years of experience in a back office operations work environment.Level III: Minimum 3 to 5 years of bank operations and banking experience. Lead or supervisory experience helpful. Senior Level: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years of bank operations and banking experience. Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint) or similar software. Must have working knowledge of relational database systems. Knowledge and understanding of back office operations and processes helpful.Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must be analytical, detail oriented, organized. Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Must possess and exercise critical thinking skills.
