Store Design & Planning Coordinator

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand , is seeking a temporary Store Design & Planning Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to a dynamic store development team. This ongoing temporary assignment in NYC is hiring ASAP and follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week. The role is ideal for a highly organized, self-directed professional who can manage reporting, scheduling, project documentation, and follow-up with minimal oversight.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support for store design, construction, and development initiatives
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, project trackers, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, schedules, travel, and team logistics as needed
• Track project timelines, outstanding deliverables, approvals, and follow-up items to keep initiatives moving forward
• Assist with budget and expense tracking, including CAPEX-related reporting and documentation
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to coordinate information and resolve outstanding requests
• Support additional administrative and project needs as assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, store design, construction, architecture, real estate, or a related environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience preparing reports, trackers, and presentations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting store development, design, construction, or project management teams strongly preferred
• Familiarity with budgets, CAPEX, purchase orders, or project financial tracking is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and move projects forward with limited direction
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $28/hour
