Leading presales discovery and solution design, the full-time remote Client Principal Architect, Digital in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) will engage directly with clients to translate their requirements into outcome-focused digital solutions while collaborating with sales and delivery teams to ensure feasible and valuable proposals. Key responsibilities Drive digital services sales by formulating and executing technical sales strategies in collaboration with sales teams Understand customer current states and goals through proactive discovery and workshops to document their needs Lead technical opportunity engagements by creating solution approaches and coordinating resources to align with client stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years in digital/cloud solution delivery and consulting, with 7+ years in architecture/solution design Hands-on experience with modern application and data stacks, including microservices and cloud platforms Strong consultative presales aptitude with a proven ability to uncover business friction and desired outcomes Demonstrated executive presence and experience leading discussions with C-level stakeholders
