Position Overview

As our Warehouse & Delivery Associate , youll be a key part of making our events happen behind the scenes. From prepping and organizing equipment in our warehouse to delivering and setting up on-site, youll help ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, hybrid rolesplit between warehouse operations and local deliveries/event setups. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of live events, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day might include:

Picking, packing, and preparing equipment for upcoming events

Loading and unloading vans or trucks for deliveries and returns

Delivering equipment to event venues (local and occasional regional runs)

Setting up and breaking down charging stations, touch screens, and LED displays

Testing equipment before and after events to ensure everything is working properly

Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory

Assisting with basic repairs, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment

Coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and pickups

Occasionally supporting multi-day events or out-of-town setups

What Were Looking For

A reliable, hard-working team player who takes pride in getting the job done right

Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving equipment, being on your feet)

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Basic technical comfort (you dont need to be an expertwell train you)

Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends

Previous warehouse, delivery, or event setup experience is a plus but not required
