The role will entail dealing with a wide range of development control work, including major development proposals. The successful candidate will assist and support the Development Control Manager by supervising the development control team and by developing and mentoring the Assistant and Trainee Officers. The post holder will have no direct reports but will work closely with Planning Officers in Development Control.
