General Manager – Grocery & Retail | Villa Park, IL

Salary: $75,000–$82,000 + Bonus

What You'll Own:

Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of store performance, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding execution
Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver a customer experience that keeps guests coming back
Develop Your Team: Hire, train, coach, and inspire employees to achieve sales and performance goals
Drive Results: Implement strategies that improve profitability, productivity, and overall performance
Manage the Business: Oversee inventory, labor, expenses, and operational standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Retail General Manager, or similar operations leader
Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and operational performance
A passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences
A hands-on leader with the drive to make a significant impact
