Bring your passion for helping students succeed to this rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. Offer support and make a genuine impact within a welcoming educational environment, working collaboratively alongside a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role runs from ASAP through June 4, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

As a valued team member, you will help serve a caseload of approximately 75 students. Your efforts will directly aid in enhancing communication skills and fostering academic growth, making a tangible difference every day.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
• Experience assisting in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support diverse student populations and work collaboratively with SLPs, teachers, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver therapy exercises and support students’ communication goals under SLP supervision
• Collect data and document student progress
• Contribute input to individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Maintain an organized schedule and prepare engaging session materials
• Communicate regularly and positively with students, staff, and families
