Michigan Licensed Technical Support Specialist

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Michigan Licensed Technical Support Specialist will handle technical diagnostics and remote troubleshooting for customer calls related to energy charging equipment while supporting customer care cases. Key responsibilities Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting using available tools Create and update cases in Salesforce and coordinate logistics for parts ordering and returns Lead technical escalations from service partners and advisors, and train other agents Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as an electrician or in electrical components, with a preference for EV charging equipment repair/installation Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Associate or trade degree in a related field or four years of electrical experience Valid driver's license
