We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and keep technology projects moving forward in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can balance planning, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong operational control. The role will focus on delivering organized project execution, supporting compliance and documentation standards, and driving progress through clear leadership and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day coordination of IT projects, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation to provide accurate visibility into scope, risks, progress, and next steps.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support communication, issue resolution, and successful project execution.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and resource needs while helping maintain financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, quality expectations, and compliance requirements across project activities.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and executive updates that clearly communicate milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
• Support procurement-related coordination and follow through on project-related operational tasks to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Supervise project activities and facilitate meetings to promote accountability, customer satisfaction, and timely decision-making.• Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating IT projects in a structured business environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, planning processes, and project documentation practices.
• Ability to interpret and apply procedures, policies, and compliance expectations within project work.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience guiding progress and maintaining accountability.
• Comfortable preparing presentations and communicating updates to stakeholders and management.
