Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Pediatric Ultrasound Tech to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with a focus on pediatric patients. This role requires recent pediatric ultrasound experience and a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal imaging quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures during procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and prepare images for review.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and patients regarding procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all certification and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pediatric ultrasound experience.
• Current ARDMS certification in Sonography.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work night shifts including 12-13 hour schedules.
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
