Learn more at .What You’ll Do:Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Front-End Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web experiences across our digital ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable front-end systems, support website migrations and consolidation efforts, and transform Figma designs and design systems into reusable, high-performance web components and templates. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong executional speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development efficiency, scalability, and quality.About the role:We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on building scalable, performant, and maintainable web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.The ideal candidate combines strong front-end engineering skills with systems thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex web challenges,building reusable systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve execution and scalability.Who You Are: 10+ years of experience in front-end web developmentDeep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or VueProven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiativesStrong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architecturesExperience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systemsStrong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimizationExperience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architecturesPassionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalabilityAble to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainabilityStrong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferredExperience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, and WixExperience working with Figma, design systems, and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiencesExperience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platformsExperience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platformsUnderstanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practicesExperience contributing to scalable documentation and development standardsWondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
