Radiologic Technologist (Urgent Care / Operations) Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 shifts/week) Compensation & Pay Ranges: Local Rate: $65.00 – $70.00 / hour (commensurate with experience). Travel/Contract Gross Package: $2,900 – $3,175 / week (based on experience; includes up to $2,233 weekly non-taxed stipend for eligible travelers). Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Radiologic Technologist to join our clinical operations team in Palo Alto. This unique position combines core imaging duties with patient intake, basic lab operations, and customer experience management. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, delivers exceptional patient care, and possesses strong technical and administrative competencies. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Radiography Perform high-quality X-ray procedures across a variety of body parts in strict accordance with clinical standards and established safety protocols. Properly label and archive all diagnostic images with accurate patient identification details. Receive, review, and process physician orders for radiographic procedures while maintaining active patient monitoring and safety checks. Perform moderate-to-complex laboratory testing using facility equipment, ensuring routine Quality Control (QC) and preventive maintenance procedures are strictly followed. Safely assist with patient transfers and physical lifts (up to 75 lbs) as required. Patient Intake & Operations Manage end-to-end patient flow: greeting, registration, document scanning, scheduling, and checkout using the EMR system while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. Field intake calls, manage member leads and records within our CRM platform, and schedule follow-up appointments or house-call evaluations. Restock inventory, prepare mobile house-call kits, and maintain overall clinic cleanliness to uphold premium brand standards. Qualifications & Skills Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program. Licensure & Certification: Active California State Department of Public Health (CDPH) Radiologic Technologist license. Active ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating X-ray equipment. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with EMR systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and spreadsheet software (Excel / Google Sheets). Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs to assist with physical patient care and logistics. Preferred Prior experience working in an Urgent Care or high-volume outpatient facility. Hands-on experience operating lab equipment and executing moderate-to-complex lab quality controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
