We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Debris Cleanup Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing, loading, and hauling away waste, trash, and construction debris from residential, commercial, or job site properties.

What You'll Do

• Clear out and gather debris, junk, or scrap materials from properties and construction sites.
• Safely load heavy materials (such as wood, concrete, drywall, yard waste, and old furniture) into trucks or dumpsters.
• Sort materials for proper disposal, recycling, or donation according to local guidelines.
• Sweep, rake, and clean up the site after the bulk debris is removed to ensure it is left spotless.
• Operate basic tools and equipment like shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and brooms.
• Follow all safety rules to prevent injuries and property damage.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in junk removal, construction cleanup, or general labor is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent physical stamina and the strength to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
• A valid driver’s license (experience driving a box truck or a truck with a trailer is a major plus).
