Content Performance & Cadence Lead
Core of the Heart
Core of the Heart is seeking a data-driven leader to own the clip-performance dashboard, set the cadence, and drive decisions across editors and pickers. You will read metrics daily, decide which clips advance, and guide testing cycles to improve engagement and growth.
In this role you will coach team members, align on weekly reports for leadership, and ensure every step delivers measurable results. This position requires Pacific Time overlap and a proven track record in cadence-driven
