We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Retail Store Leader to join our Medford, MA team!

About the Role

As our Retail Store Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing our mission to life through exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and hands-on team leadership.

You'll lead by example, creating an environment where every customer feels welcomed, respected, and comfortable exploring products that support their individual needs.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership position. You'll spend much of your time actively engaged on the sales floor, supporting customers, coaching Sales Associates, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Working closely with your Field Leader, you'll help drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and build a dependable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Create AMAZING Customer Experiences

• Lead by example through proactive customer engagement, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional service.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where customers feel comfortable exploring our products.
• Drive daily sales performance by demonstrating effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and add-on selling opportunities.
• Monitor key retail performance indicators, including sales, average transaction value, and units per transaction, to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help your team achieve sales goals through consistent coaching, encouragement, and accountability.

Lead, Coach & Inspire Your Team

• Provide hands-on leadership and real-time coaching to Sales Associates.
• Set clear daily priorities and promote a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.
• Support new hire onboarding, product knowledge training, and ongoing employee development.
• Reinforce company expectations for customer service, sales performance, reliability, and professionalism.
• Partner with your Field Leader to communicate staffing needs, performance concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead by example by maintaining a strong, visible presence on the sales floor.

Keep Your Store Running AMAZINGLY

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and deposits.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, accurate inventory, and a clean, organized, customer-ready store.
• Support inventory counts, product replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Ensure company promotions, product launches, and operational initiatives are executed consistently.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
• Organize and prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and promptly communicate operational concerns to your Field Leader.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

• Previous retail experience with demonstrated success in customer service, sales execution, and daily store operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Comfort working in an adult intimate wellness retail environment and discussing products professionally and respectfully.

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor, Keyholder, Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or in a comparable retail leadership position.
• Experience coaching team members, supporting store operations, or helping achieve sales performance goals.
• Experience in specialty retail, consultative selling, or other customer-focused sales environments.

Experience in the adult retail industry is not required. We value individuals who are eager to learn, embrace our mission, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, on-site retail leadership position requiring flexibility based on business needs.

Candidates must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include:

• Opening and closing shifts
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Inventory counts, deliveries, and other key retail events
• Peak selling periods and other operational needs

Store Leaders are expected to provide dependable on-site leadership and communicate staffing or scheduling concerns promptly to their Field Leader.
