Associate Protein Chemistry - Purification

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in life sciences. Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant scientific experience. High school diploma / GED and 6 years of protein purification, and/or protein analytics experience. Responsibilities Purifying novel and complex molecules that will be the next generation of large‑molecule therapeutics. Contributing to the execution of our protein purification and analytics capabilities. Organizing, analyzing, and reporting findings to support lead candidate selection. Partnering with Project, Analytics, and Automation teams to advance our pipeline. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment. Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem‑solving. Experience with protein purification, chromatography resins, instrumentation, and software. Familiarity with protein analytics fundamentals and techniques. Familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets.
