Physical Therapist, Acute Rehab (Day Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Acute Rehab (Day Shift) in Fort Mohave, Arizona.LocationFort Mohave, AZAssignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Schedule/ShiftThe position requires working the Day Shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with guaranteed hours of 32 per week and every other weekend.Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist in the Acute Rehab Unit, you will provide care for adult patients (age 18 and above) recovering from a variety of conditions, including strokes, hip fractures, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle accidents, Parkinson's disease, and multiple sclerosis. You will work in a unit with 12 beds, maintaining a patient ratio of 6:1, using electronic health records systems such as MedHost and NetHealth (ReDoc).ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients in the Acute Rehab Unit.Create and implement tailored rehabilitation plans.Document patient progress using electronic health records.Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.Float to evaluate and treat patients in Med/Surg and ICU as necessary.Required ExperienceNew graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.Certifications/LicensureCurrent Physical Therapist license in Arizona.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.About ARMStaffingFounded in 2011 and a member of the ARGroup, LLC, ARMStaffing connects dedicated nurses and allied health professionals with the facilities that need them most.
