Senior Counsel - Products and Platforms

Responsibilities Provide advice, counsel, and legal support in respect of technology products and platforms Draft and negotiate client-facing product and platform agreements Collaborate closely with US GCO and local counsel in EY member firms Support internal product teams in development of new products and platforms Build relationships and provide legal advice to internal product teams Develop and deliver training on product and platform agreements Requirements 7+ years of relevant technology-related transactional experience in a client-facing capacity Strong background in supporting SaaS, software licenses, emerging technologies Experience developing contracting templates, playbooks and standards Experience in data privacy, data security, licensing, and intellectual property law Experience with cross-border contracting Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Membership in a State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
