Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Casa Grande, AZ location. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for production planning, plant scheduling, and both direct and indirect material planning and replenishment. Responsibilities Provide executable production plans and schedules to meet forecast and booked demand while optimizing quality, cost, and equipment capacity, in collaboration with the product, operations, and plant managers. Coordinate interplant supply/demand and production planning with each affected Hexcel plant on a global basis. Optimize short- and long-term production planning, detail scheduling, and material replenishment processes for maximum utilization of plant facilities and resources. Under guidance of the Supply Chain Network Manager, develop targets, systems, and procedures for achieving agreed inventory levels for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Handle SIOP responsibilities: develop and communicate resource capacity, demand, inventory, and production plans; create and align the Master Production Plan and operational build plans; incorporate production commitments and performance; communicate MPS, lead times, and inventory strategies; collaborate with the business to optimize system settings to meet targets; balance supply and demand across the supply chain; and, when necessary, escalated unresolved constraints to senior management. Work with manufacturing operations to maximize customer service levels and on-time delivery of customer orders. Demonstrate safe practices and policies and promote environmental protection. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required – preferably in administration, operations management, supply chain management, or engineering. CPIM or CSCP certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of industry experience (some manufacturing operations experience required, some aerospace industry experience preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience with increasing responsibility in Planning, Scheduling or Supply Chain management, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
