Why Element: Work with advanced aerospace technologyGrow your career in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environmentLearn from experts and gain skills that open doors in aerospace and beyondApply today!-we’ll help you launch your career in aerospace testing Salary: $25- $30/hr + $1 shift differential DOE Hours: Monday - Friday: 2:00pm-10:00pm Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Operate machining equipment and prep specimens for aerospace testing Maintain machinery and perform preventative upkeep Record dimensions and ensure quality standards Collaborate with Machinists and Managers to keep operations running smoothly Skills / Qualifications HS diploma/GED (college or vocational coursework a plus) 2+ years in a machine shop or machining experience Strong safety mindset and basic math/computer skills Physical Demands: Frequency of required physical force: Moderate Lifting requirements: lifting 50 lbs. on occasion Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time Ability to lift 50+lbs periodically #LI-TK1 Diversity Statement At Element, we always take pride in putting our people first.
