Job Description

Job Opportunity: Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse

Our organization is in search of a skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care to critically ill children in collaboration with our partner hospitals. This position can be undertaken as a travel or contract role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care focused on family involvement.
Manage ventilators and complex infusion therapies.
Conduct continuous monitoring of patients' conditions.
Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the entire healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven experience in a Pediatric ICU setting.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
