Contract Specialist

Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a Contract Specialist to support our Huntsville, AL location. Candidate will work as a contract support analyst to a US Army government project office. This position will involve assisting in the development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP), assisting senior management with contracting strategy development and working with the customer through numerous contracting activities in parallel in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: 3-10 years of experience Independent thinker and self starter is important, with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and support varied assignments. Good communication skills are important, with a positive and friendly demeanor. Must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
