What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team to deliver high-quality hospice and palliative care
• Provide assessments, pain management, and symptom control to patients in need
• Participate in precepting with residents (if willing) to support their clinical growth
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Engage in patient and family discussions regarding prognosis and care preferences

What You Need:

• Valid medical license for Virginia or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or related fields preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, daytime hours
