We're looking for a Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and delivers a true white-glove experience every time. What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in both delivery operations and in-store support:

• Deliver, assemble, and set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes
• Ensure a clean, careful, and damage-free experience
• Review orders with customers and confirm satisfaction before leaving
• Represent Kimbrell's with professionalism at every stop

• Assist with merchandising, floor setup, and product displays
• Move and stage furniture between the warehouse and the showroom
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store

• Prepare delivery routes and stage merchandise
• Receive and track incoming inventory
• Maintain organized warehouse spaces

• Assist with customer account follow-ups when needed
• Support repossession efforts (when authorized) in a professional manner

What You Bring

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move 10100+ lbs regularly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical ability (furniture assembly)
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

Work Environment

• Active, hands-on role (lifting, moving, assembling)
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
• Full-time schedule with weekend availability
