Operations Leader - Build & Scale Electrical Testing BU

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering

A leading engineering firm in Addison, Texas, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the expansion of their Electrical Testing Group. This role combines operational leadership with an entrepreneurial approach to build a new Business Unit from the ground up, managing P&L objectives and a growing technical team. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in power systems testing and strong leadership skills.
