In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships with clients and provide the support they need to live with dignity, comfort, and joy.Requirements of a Caregiver:Must have a valid Driver's LicenseYou must have a reliable vehicle and active vehicle insurance, as you will be responsible for travel to the client's homeWillingness to Perform Hands-On Care: You should feel comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.Do not need to be a CNA for this role, although it is encouragedCPR Certification or the willingness to obtain it.Self-Starter: You will be working independently, so the ability to move efficiently between tasks and manage your schedule is a must.What You'll Do as a Caregiver:As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be a true hero to those you serve by providing essential in-home care. You will work independently, moving between clients' homes, and directly impacting their daily lives.Provide Compassionate In-Home Care: Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, bathing, meal assistance, light housekeeping, transportation and errands, medication reminders/administration and other tasks to help maintain their independence at home.Physical Support for Clients: Help clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility (getting in/out of bed, walking, standing, etc.).Be a Trusted Support System: Respond to clients' needs with patience, care, and professionalism.
