Social Media Coordinator - (In-Office) Full-Time | In-Office | Real Estate About the Role We are looking for acreitive, motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who loves social media, stays current on trends, enjoys creating content, and wants to grow their skills in digital marketing and real estate. This position is in-office with some off-site visits and occasional weekends. This person will manage the social media presence of multiple sales partners, with a primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a combination of content creation, social media management, analytics, and creative strategy. The position is fully in-office, with weekly off-site visits to properties and other locations to film content with agents. The Ideal Candidate You don’t need to know everything—we’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, creative, adaptable, and genuinely excited about social media. You naturally notice trends, enjoy figuring out why certain content performs well, and aren’t afraid to try something new. You’re comfortable being hands-on, whether that means filming a TikTok at a property, creating a Reel, reviewing analytics, organizing content, or experimenting with different tools. Most importantly, you’re a team player who takes initiative, learns quickly, and brings positive energy to a fast-paced environment.
