What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for general, cardiac, neuro/spine, OB/GYN, vascular, urology, and other surgeries
• Support adult and healthy pediatric patients in hospital and surgery center settings
• Conduct general anesthesia and participate in cardiac cases, including open-heart procedures and TAVRs
• Collaborate with anesthesia techs, CRNAs, and other team members in a medical direction model
• Assist with intraoperative TEE procedures for cardiac cases
• Manage on-call coverage, including weekday and weekend shifts and emergencies
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to healthcare standards during procedures

What You Need

• Active Wisconsin medical license and certification in anesthesiology (preferred)
• Experience in general anesthesiology; cardiac experience a plus
• Ability to perform TEE and support cardiac procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently during call shifts

Required:

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology (preferred but not mandatory)
• WI Medical License

Preferred:

• Cardiac anesthesia experience
• TEE skills

About the Assignment Support staff include anesthesia techs, CRNAs, and CAAs, with coverage at both hospital and surgery center. The role involves general and cardiac anesthesiology, including advanced procedures such as TAVRs, with a focus on adult and healthy pediatric patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some on-call duties, ensuring a balanced work-life experience in a respected community healthcare setting.
