Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from early childhood through 12th grade in an engaging, growth-oriented school environment. This full-time onsite contract runs from August 3, 2026, with orientation on August 3rd and 4th, kicking off student instruction August 10th and concluding May 24, 2027. You'll have 37.5 hours a week to make a difference each day—delivering exceptional Occupational Therapy services.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfort supporting a diverse student population across age groups (EC-12)
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing assessments and direct therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Participating in orientation, ongoing professional development, and regular team meetings
• Utilizing provided equipment and testing materials for effective service delivery
• Engaging with an assigned "Buddy" for a seamless transition and orientation experience
• Leveraging the intranet platform to collaborate with professionals regionally in real time
• Contributing to annual performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
• Meeting regularly with supervisors and colleagues for ongoing support and professional growth
