Role Overview

The Junior Lead Generation Representative will spearhead outbound lead generation efforts, building and nurturing B2B relationships to grow the corporate gifting program. This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, converting them into long-term clients, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads.
• Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with particular focus on seasonal campaigns and holiday periods.

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline efficiently.

CRM & Record Keeping

• Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system.
• Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks through disciplined pipeline management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Contribute to campaign planning and performance optimization across seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications — Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation; B2B experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated track record of hitting outreach targets or sales goals.
• Experience conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn .
• Prior exposure to corporate or B2B gifting, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
