About the Role:
Pillar Bella Corporation is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our growing team in Illinois and Alabama. - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatments as directed
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Current HHA certification, CNA license, or equivalent caregiver experience preferred
- Valid state certification in Illinois or Alabama as applicable
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
